Software for civil associations and cooperatives
Member registry, dues, collections and accountability reporting in a system built for organisations where transparency towards members and regulators is not optional.
An association or a cooperative carries an obligation an ordinary company does not: accounting for itself. To its members, to the general meeting and to the regulator. And it usually does so with a board that rotates, spreadsheets inherited from the previous administration and a treasurer who works from memory.
We build systems that put that whole circuit in order: who is a member and since when, which dues apply, whether they are up to date, how they paid and what that entitles them to. With the information in one place, the next board starts out knowing exactly where it stands.

Frequently asked questions
Does it work for a mutual or a club, or only cooperatives?
It works for any organisation with a member registry and recurring dues: civil associations, mutuals, cooperatives, clubs, professional bodies and chambers. What changes between them is the configuration of categories and reports, not the core of the system.
How is inherited debt handled?
We migrate it exactly as it stands and build regularisation plans from there. It is one of the moments where the most value appears: for the first time the board sees the real arrears figure and can decide with data instead of impressions.
Does it integrate with bank direct debit?
Yes. We generate the submission files in each bank's format and process the response file to automatically reconcile which debits went through and which bounced, along with the rejection reason.
