You already have the data. What is missing is reading it.
We unify the information scattered today across your ERP, store, CRM, advertising platforms and spreadsheets, and turn it into dashboards people actually look at every day.
Almost no company has a shortage of data. It has a problem of scattered data: stock lives in the ERP, online sales in the store, leads in the CRM, ad spend in Meta and Google, and the rest in spreadsheets maintained by one person that nobody else understands.
Our job is to bring all of that into a single trustworthy source and build dashboards on top that answer the questions that matter: which product actually leaves a margin, which customer costs more than they contribute, which campaign is eating the budget without returning sales.

Data engineering and analytics
Source integration
We connect ERP, e-commerce, CRM, advertising platforms, accounting systems and spreadsheets, whatever format they are in.
Automated ETL pipelines
Scheduled extraction, cleansing and normalisation, with quality checks, inconsistency detection and alerts when a source stops responding.
Data warehouse
A central repository holding consistent, well-ordered history that does not depend on any operational system staying alive.
Business Intelligence dashboards
Panels in Power BI or Looker Studio, designed by role: management sees the summary and each department sees the detail it can act on.
Metrics and alerts
Profitability by product and customer, stock turnover, acquisition cost and average order value, with automatic warnings when something drifts out of range.
Predictive models
Demand forecasting, early warning of stockouts and detection of customers at risk of churning, built on your own history.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an ERP for this?
No. We work with whatever exists: an ERP, an invoicing system, an online store or even a set of well-kept spreadsheets. The tidier the source, the faster we get there, but the starting point is never an excuse.
How soon do I see the first dashboard?
We work in stages. The first dashboard with the most important metrics is usually ready in three to five weeks; departments are added from there. There is no need to wait for full integration before you start using it.
Does the data leave the company?
Only if you want it to. We can set everything up on your own server or in a cloud account under your name, with access under your control. We sign a confidentiality agreement on every project involving sensitive information.
