B2B wholesale portals

B2B portals so your customers can order on their own

If your sales team spends the day taking orders by phone, WhatsApp and email, and then someone keys them into the system by hand, there is a B2B portal waiting to be built.

Wholesale has its own rules: every customer has their own price list, discount, payment terms and credit limit. A standard e-commerce platform accounts for none of that.

We build portals where the reseller signs in, sees their prices, checks their account balance, repeats past orders and enters a hundred-line order by product code in a couple of minutes. The order lands in the ERP already validated, with no retyping.

Services

B2B wholesale portals

Per-customer price lists

Each user sees exactly their list, with volume discounts, rebates and specific terms already applied.

Live account statement

Balance, documents, due dates and available credit visible around the clock, in sync with your back office.

Fast entry by product code

Orders with dozens of lines entered by product code or imported from a spreadsheet, with instant stock validation.

Approval and commercial flow

Orders held for approval based on amount, available credit or assigned sales rep before they reach production.

Sales rep portal

Your field team places orders on behalf of customers, checks targets and reviews commissions from the same system.

ERP synchronisation

Products, prices, stock, customers and balances travel in both directions. Portal and back office always agree.

Frequently asked questions

Can B2B and retail live on the same site?

Yes, and we implement that regularly. Visitors see the catalogue at list price, and wholesalers signing in see their own price list, account balance and the payment terms available to them.

Which ERPs do you integrate with?

We work with Tango, Bejerman, Odoo, SAP Business One, Dragonfish and custom systems. If the system exposes an API or supports file exchange, we integrate it; if not, we evaluate reading the database directly.

How long does the ERP integration take?

It is the most variable part of the project. With an ERP that has a documented API, two to three weeks. Closed or legacy systems can take longer, and we assess that before quoting so there are no surprises.
