Frequently asked questions
Should we build custom or buy an ERP?
If your operation is standard, an off-the-shelf ERP is usually the better choice and we will tell you so. Custom development is justified when you have proprietary processes that are part of your competitive edge, or when adapting the packaged product costs more than building.
Is the electronic invoicing certified with the tax authority?
Yes. We work against the official web services using your company's own digital certificate. It covers every document type, each customer's tax status and obtaining the authorisation code at the moment of issue.
Can our accountant use it?
Yes. The system produces VAT ledgers, general ledgers and the trial balance, and exports data in the formats accounting firms use. Many clients give their accountant a read-only account so they can check whenever they need to.
Can our current data be migrated?
Yes. We migrate product, customer and supplier master data, balances and historical transactions from previous systems, spreadsheets or databases, with a validation process before go-live.
